Been awhile since I last did an update, so here goes...

Called my dad yesterday to check up on him and be sure he had enough food and heat to stay warm during the blizzard in Massachusetts. He said his neighbor had been keeping up the shoveling of snow off his entry stairs and keeping a path open to his car and the street. They have had more then 18 inches of snow from this storm. Hopefully my dad will have the good sense not to try to climb down those icy stairs or try to drive his car.

Linda and Stuart are in Florida looking at prospective houses to purchase. They accepted an offer on their house in Union City and plan to be in Florida by mid March. Stuart is gritting his teeth, trying to hold on through all his pain, waiting to get settled so he can finally have his knee replacement surgeries done.

Mom had some severe chest pains and had to be taken to the emergency room. After thorough tests, it was determined that she did not have a heart attack and her heart is in good shape. She thinks it may have been a side effect from medication she is taking in a clinical drug trial for osteoporosis. She stopped taking the drug and has experienced no more pains. Oh, mom has a new dog, named Dolly. Madison was a bit put out at first but has adjusted. This is what she looks like. .

I'm still looking for a job. I've heard from more then one source that I need to rework my resume to make it more achievement oriented rather then daily task oriented. I'm at a loss on how to do such a thing for what has been mostly clerical work. Anyone out there willing to give me a hand with it to at least get me started? I had one of those resume writing services do a free evaluation of it and can send you their report. I'd use their service to do the rewrite, but they want $199 and I just don't have that much money to spare and still pay rent.
